What is involved?

For a simple monthly flat fee per system, SoftTech's Fixed Price Application Support will provide inclusive support services for your software systems. This applies whether they are business critical or operational. Our guaranteed SLAs ensure that any downtime is kept to a minimum and that your applications are kept bug free.

 

SoftTech's Support Services are based on a guaranteed response time and they provide flexible hours of cover, (from normal office hours through to full 24x7 availability). This allows our Clients to match the service to their business needs.

 

The Benefits of Fixed Price Support

By taking out a Fixed Price Support contract with SoftTech you will gain a team of support developers who are all kept familiarized with your system(s) so that they can act as back up if any one of the team is unavailable on the day you need us. This will ensure that your applications will remain in good operational order and that all SLAs will be met. You will also have a dedicated Account Manager who will provide monthly service reviews and quarterly face-to-face reviews.
