Strategy
SGL's Management Team believes that the key to successful outsourcing of IT-related projects lies in choosing experienced offshore service providers who are able to fully satisfy the business, technical, and time-line needs of our Clients. The long-term relationships we have with our offshore Outsourcing Partners lead to successful projects, happy Clients and repeat business. As a multi-interest Software Consulting Group and IT Service Provider our well defined processes enable our staff members to produce results that are predictable, measurable, and of high quality. Our approach is based on an accurate and precise definition of our Clients' requirements and clearly stated objectives.
Written Agreements
We believe that the success of a business relationship is usually established during initial meetings and negotiations. These talks lead to the signing of a Service Level Agreement in which our Client's objectives are specified as quantifiable criteria against which our performance can be judged.
Project Management
To ensure the smooth and effective handling of our Client's requirements and outsourcing relationships our SoftTech staff liaise very closely with the staff of our Outsourcing Partners. We have developed teams at both ends who collaborate well to define the best strategy for each project or business issue. We make comprehensive action plans and use modern communication methods to ensure the smooth operational management that will achieve the best results for our Clients.
Personnel
SoftTech's greatest asset is its highly trained staff. We encourage innovation and professional web-development, and we nurture a culture of collaboration that leads to the mutual benefit of everyone involved in each project.
Working Relationships
Research on "outsourcing success" shows that peer friendships and working with the same staff in other companies leads to good, long-term relationships. This is especially true between key management personnel on both sides. Such relationships often tend to be long lasting, and consistent points of contact avoid confusion. We therefore endeavour to appoint (and keep) one Account Manager to each Project and, as far as is possible, to each Client.
Monitoring and Measuring Tools
Monitoring and Measurement are both very important factors in the success of an offshore outsourcing initiative. We therefore define strategies that implement appropriate plans and which use measurement and monitoring tools to analyze the success of our software outsourcing relationships. |
