SoftTech's First Full Management Team Meeting

A SoftTech Management Team Meeting was held at the President's residence on Wednesday 20th April 2011. The meeting was chaired by our President and lasted for 4 hours and 45 minutes, (excluding breaks for refreshments and lunch).


The company's aims were discussed and agreed, and plans were made to develop them. A range of management issues were debated including the possible need for 'Outside Advice'about attracting Clients. Ways of paying for such advice were agreed

The following aspects fo SoftTech's Finances were discussed and agreed:
Pricing policy; Company Accounts; Banking matters; Taxes; VAT; Expenses; Terms of Work; and Policy about personal expenses and the division of SoftTech's net profit. It was agreed that a percentage of the latter will go to the company's chosen Charities.
