    Fixed Price Model

    The fixed price model is the most commonly sought way of engaging with offshore service providers. It makes the best use of resources and delivers the most beneficial results. In this model the service providers decide the cost of deliverables and customers gain the advantages of fixed time, fixed price, low risk, and the guaranteed, on-time delivery of projects. However, as with most models, it is necessary to have clearly defined requirements and specifications. These will enable accurate delivery timings and costs to be ascertained, and will minimize (if not eliminate) discrepancies.

     

    Time and Material Model

    The Time and Material Model is ideal for Clients who want to be involved in the creation process or who would like to take a vital role in managing projects. This model is also useful when requirements cannot be 'visibly' predefined. e.g. Where the development process is interconnected and the client has a dynamic implementation strategy. It could also be reasonably used when a project plan is based on Stages wherein part of the initial task has to be frozen while advancements of further plans of action are executed. SoftTech also provides Clients with the flexibility to convert a Time and Material Model into a Fixed Price Model, (if and when they would like this).

     

    On-Site Model
